Want to make your event unforgettable without burning a hole in your pocket? River Bend Nature Center is the ideal place to have your event! RBNC has several indoor and outdoor venues for rent, including the Ruby N. Priddy Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, the Elizabeth Prothro Pavilion, the J.S. Bridwell Terrace, Rotary North Library, and the Bryant Edwards Visitors Center. All of these facilities provide unique accommodations for weddings, receptions, dinners, family picnics, corporate meetings, and numerous other occasions.

Elizabeth Prothro Pavilion
The Elizabeth Prothro Pavilion is a 7,000 sq. ft. outdoor covered area overlooking 15 acres of bottomland forest. With cathedral-like ceilings, and a breathtaking view, there is many reasons why this is our most popular venue. Amenities include: restrooms, electricity, and wind guards.

$125 per hour (minimum of 4 hours)
Full Day $1,250 full day (12 hours)
J. S. Bridwell Terrace
The J.S. Bridwell Terrace is a spacious uncovered area that’s planted with native vegetation. Amenities include: electricity.
Included with rental of the Bryant Edwards Learning Center.or Elizabeth Prothro Pavilion.
Ruby N. Priddy Butterfly and Nature Conservatory
The Ruby N. Priddy Butterfly and Nature Conservatory is a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art, 7,000 sq. ft. glass structure. It is stocked with native butterflies and landscaped with prairie grasses, trees, shrubs, and wildflowers of the Rolling Plains. The conservatory is the perfect space if you’re looking for a unique and special place to have your wedding.
Available for pictures of the bride and groom.
Bryant Edwards Learning Center – Exhibit Hall
The exhibit hall contains numerous live exhibits, from amphibians to arachnids there is plenty for your guests to see and observe. Features include lighting, drop down projector screen, access to the patio, window shades, electricity, and restrooms.

$125 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
May only be rented outside of regular business hours
Rotary North Library
This functional space can be converted into a bridal or groom prep room. Amenities include, pull down blinds, tables, and chairs.
Included with rental of pavilion or exhibit hall.
